These questions will help us determine which plugins we can/should update and which we should leave alone.Plugins to NOT updatePlease list all of the plugins that you do not want us to update. Any plugin that was downloaded from a third-party vendor and then customized by a developer would be excluded from our maintenance packages. If we tried to update these custom plugins to the latest version it would likely cause that feature on your website to stop working or it may cause your entire website to stop working altogether. We will make a small adjustment to the version number on your customized plugins so that they are excluded from the update list going forward.Plugin CredentialsIf you purchase premium plugins from third-party websites and would like us to download and update them then please list the URL, username, and password for each plugin. Your credentials are sent over a secure connection. Search Engine MarketingIf you purchased a package with Search Engine Marketing then please list several keywords and phrases that you want to monitor. Social Media MonitoringIf you purchased a Social Media Monitoring package please list your Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ credentials here. Critical Transaction MonitoringCritical transaction monitoring is used to make sure that the "happy path" always works. The "happy path" is the path that most of your customers take in order to complete your primary goal (e.g., signing up for your newsletter, ordering something, contacting you). Every 30 minutes we will have an automated system visit your site and run through your "happy path" to mimic a typical user. We will need to know the path that you want to monitor so please describe it in the space above. For example, a user visits your home page, clicks on your store, views your most popular product, adds it to their cart, and clicks checkout.
