37SOLUTIONS offers SEO services as a project-based or ongoing engagement. Because SEO work is highly customized — every site, industry, and competitive landscape is different — the scope of what's included depends on your specific agreement or statement of work.
This page describes what support you can generally expect, and what falls outside the standard scope.
Typically Included in an SEO Engagement
Depending on your agreement, SEO work may include:
- Technical SEO audit (crawl errors, indexing issues, Core Web Vitals, structured data)
- On-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, internal linking)
- Content recommendations and editorial guidance
- XML sitemap and robots.txt review and correction
- Google Search Console setup and monitoring
- Coordination with your hosting and DNS configuration as needed
- Monthly or quarterly reporting (if included in your agreement)
What's included is defined in your statement of work or service agreement. If you're unsure what's covered, contact usand we'll clarify.
Not Included (Unless Explicitly Agreed)
The following are outside standard SEO scope:
- Writing or publishing new blog posts or web pages on your behalf
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) — see PPC Support
- Social media management or content
- Backlink outreach or link-building campaigns
- Reputation management
- Custom analytics dashboard development
- Changes to your website's design or layout beyond what's needed for technical SEO
- SEO work for additional domains not covered in your agreement
Billable Work Outside Your Agreement
Work outside your defined scope is billed at standard rates. We won't start any additional work without your approval. Current plan pricing is on our SEO and paid search page; contact support@37solutions.com with questions.
Reporting and Communication
SEO results take time. We don't promise specific rankings or traffic outcomes — no ethical SEO provider can guarantee search engine rankings. What we commit to is doing the work correctly, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategy based on data.
If your engagement includes reporting, you'll receive updates on the schedule defined in your agreement. If you have questions between reports, submit a support ticket at support.37solutions.com.
Changes to Scope
